Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ZynVoss LLC (Fort Pierce, FL), which runs ChatBouncer. By creating an account or using ChatBouncer, you agree to them. If you use ChatBouncer for a business, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. What ChatBouncer does
ChatBouncer adds a chat assistant to your website. The assistant answers visitors from the business information you give us. When it can't answer, it offers to pass the conversation to you, usually by email. The assistant uses artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes, misunderstand questions, or be unavailable at times. It's not a replacement for you or your staff.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at support@chatbouncer.com if you think someone else has used it. The person who creates a business in ChatBouncer owns it, and ownership can't be moved to another account.
3. Your business information and accuracy
You (the business) are responsible for the accuracy of the info you provide: hours, prices, services, policies, links, and anything else the assistant repeats to your visitors. Check what the website importer pulled in before you go live, and keep it up to date. We don't check your information. We aren't responsible for answers that are wrong because the information you gave us was wrong, incomplete, or out of date, or for commitments the assistant repeats on your behalf. You're responsible for honoring or correcting what your own information says.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and show it as needed to run ChatBouncer for you, including sending it to the AI provider that generates answers.
4. Your visitors
You're responsible for your relationship with your website visitors. That includes telling them on your website that you use a chat assistant and how their information is handled, as the law where you operate requires. The widget tells visitors they're chatting with an AI assistant. Don't hide or remove that notice. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle visitor data on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause or remove a business, or close an account, that breaks it.
6. Plans, trial, message limits and payment
Payments go through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund partial months.
If a payment fails, or your subscription is canceled, your chat widget pauses until billing is fixed. Paid plans include a monthly message allowance. If you go over it, your chat box keeps working and we automatically charge your saved payment method $15 for each additional block of 1,500 messages, up to $300 in extra charges per month, which apply to the current month. Free trials are not charged and stop at the trial limit. If a business reaches the $300 monthly limit on extra charges, or an extra charge can't be collected, its widget pauses until the next month starts or the charge is paid. Visitors then see a short message pointing them to your other contact options.
Pricing changes. ChatBouncer has three plans, unless your plan says otherwise: Starter at $29 per month (1 website, up to 1,500 customer messages per month), Pro at $59 per month (up to 3 websites, up to 5,000 customer messages per month shared across them) and Business at $119 per month (up to 10 websites, up to 15,000 customer messages per month shared across them). Extra messages over your plan's allowance are charged in blocks as described above. We may change prices or limits. If we do, we'll email the account owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the change applies from your first billing date after that notice period. If you don't agree, you can cancel any time before then from the Billing page, and you won't be charged the new price. Free trials last 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep ChatBouncer running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features. If a change takes away a major feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance by email.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using ChatBouncer and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that don't pay, or where the law requires it. When we can, we'll warn you first. Section 3 (accuracy), sections 9 to 12, and any amounts you owe still apply after the account ends.
9. Disclaimers
ChatBouncer is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, ZynVoss LLC gives no warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated answers, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ZynVoss LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim about ChatBouncer is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify ZynVoss LLC against third-party claims that come from your business information, how you use ChatBouncer, or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email account owners before it takes effect. Price and limit changes follow the 30-day notice in section 6. Continuing to use ChatBouncer after a change takes effect means you accept it.
